About Us

Our Purpose

Feral Cat Assistance Program, Inc. (FCAP) originated in 1996 to help the forgotten, unseen, and unwanted feral cats and kittens that struggle to survive in the Piedmont Triad area of NC.

Our Goal

FCAP provides caregivers of feral cat colonies low cost feral cat sterilization, vaccinations and resources to manage their colonies, and advocates for feral cat management in our community.

Our ResultsStretchingCat

FCAP’s Spay Day program provides a monthly low cost clinic (only $10/cat) for feral cats and kittens.  We sterilize, vaccinate, treat for fleas and ear mites, and provide first aid to hundreds of feral cats each year.

501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation

FCAP is a 501(c)(3) corporation and a 100% volunteer organization. With help from Spay Day veterinary and general volunteers, FCAP helps forgotten and unwanted cats and kittens in our community.

Because FCAP is an all volunteer organization, 100% of your donations directly support the costs of Spay Day and provide resources to those in our community assisting feral cats.
